I have studied many forms of yoga that have helped me to strengthen and develop my personal practice. Most recently, I have studied Pilates and yoga with Jill Gaspar who has shown me how to develop greater balance and strength from my core. I get to teach yoga anatomy in the Aloha Yoga Kula teacher training every year, sharing the therapeutic benefits of yoga and meditation. My own practice has allowed me to heal from chronic back problems, anxiety, digestive problems, and limited mobility, which all began in childhood. I help individuals, small groups and sports teams develop their own practice for long-term benefits.
